Hi Photon team, I am thinking about using Photon 2 in our church. I would like to ask for a possibility to use a licence on changing private iPads. We don’t have an iPad in the church, nor will we get it funded for lighting control. However, some volunteers have an iPad and could bring it to services or events. However, I cannot require the volunteers to purchase a licence.

as far as I know Photon 2 supports Family Share. With this feature you could create a apple account for the church, buy the software, and share Photon 2 with up to 6 members.

Hi Jonny, I also thought of Family Share at first. Unfortunately, this does not work if it is already used in the “real family of the volunteer”.
