Hello! I have the DMX device below which works with other apps except Photon 2.I can’t get my moving head to connect and respond to Photon 2. Note that my iPad is connected directly yo the DMX device.

Additionally, you can give me a screenshot of settings on other app you use ?
Are you using Artnet ? unicast mode ?
It’s possible you must set univers to 1 on Photon settings.
