I am not getting any response on my light after connecting my router to Ethernet to dmx controller

My iPad is connected to the router and I have hardwired the router to the art Ethernet to dmx controller and connected my dmx light to the controller
I programmed the light on my photon but no response on the light
I have a show tomorrow please help me

Hi Parshv12,

If you have already successfully set up your fixture and have seen it work through DMX there are a few things to keep in mind.

  1. Make sure that you are in live mode
  2. Be certain that your iPad is on the SSID wireless network of the controlling router.
  3. Try switching from ArtNet to sACN
  4. Are you able to log into your Ethernet to dmx controller. If not, then you may need to troubleshoot the connection or reset the controller.
  5. Is the DMX light on a matching channel for control via Photon or is it in some sort of auto mode.

These are a few things off the top of my head.

FWIW, I had to set my Universe to “0” instead of “1” in Photon2 configuration, and that got my device talking to Photon2. May be something to try as well.
