Setting up Enttec with mac and Photon 2

Hi Guys, I just got Photon 2 to avoid buying a dmx controller. I’ve also bought a Enttec ODK MK2. I can seem to set up the Enttec or the Phonton 2. Any help would be great. A tech support phone number would be better. John

Enttec ODK MK2 will works with Ethernet mode. You have to connect it to your own local network then try to put your iPad in multicast mode first, then try it before set it in unicast.

I am not sure but I think you have to put universe and subnet to 0.
